Well, you know that i love Real Gangsters… and I’m liking Been a Long Time, but not as much. I think it could be tighter. I’m also skeptical about the end, it doesn’t feel right to end it there. But, these are harsh criticisms, even on this your sound is well above average. The lyrics are particularly good.

It’s not really a developped track just more of a “prestyle” but your comments are very reasonabl!! i agree with you…there’ll be more proper tracks to come soon.

Yeah, it’s important to be critical, even when stuff is good! But constructively, you know…

We haven’t officially launched ShowOff yet - we’re gonna start a marketing and promo campaign for it properly in a couple of weeks. So, here’s hoping the creative people of Suffolk will hear our call and put their work out there. What’s up there at the moment is mainly a product of word of mouth - we didn’t want to launch with nothing on the site. I reckon when we hit our Myspace friends we should get several musicians, as they tend to hang out there.

There’s plenty of talented musicians round here….maybe worth reaching out to them personally about giving exclusives to the ip1 website therefor keeping ip1 active (online) between magazines!?!?!

The musicians seem more shy compared to the artists.  Also more artists are commenting on other peoples work and even collaborating, whereas the musicians seem to upload their songs and vanish…

I don’t know if thats because most musicians are in a group and no one really takes charge in interacting on a site like this, also it might be a bit weird communicating under the band’s username; it would be like you’re talking for the whole band when it is just your own opinions.

As for feedback on the new song, I agree about the ending.  It kinda of ends mid flow, I sort of expect there to be another verse or maybe the beat shouldn’t fade out like it does.

i will encourage some local heads to get profiles on here!
