Hi guys,
Tonight at the meeting I am going to bring along some leaflets for the show ‘The Adventures of Wound Man and Shirley’.
My reasons for pushing the show is because I feel strongly that this is a show that ought to be seen, very rarely does animation work in theatre work but this show has recieved some great reviews; most noteably a 4* review from The Guardian’s Lyn Gardner:
“There is something so unguarded, almost childlike, about this show that you can’t help but fall in love with it.”

The show itself is a solo show by Chris Goode - featuring a series of animated sequences by award-winning young animator Adam Smith (National Royal Television Society, BBC Big Screen Film Festival, Canary Wharf Film Festival)

- about growing up and getting braver. Something I think most of us can really relate to.
The Adenventures of Wound Man and Shirley will headline the Pulse Fringe Festival and will be on at the New Wolsey Theatre on Saturday 13th June at 9pm.
